What is the purpose of the Main Process Properties?

I was wondering what the purpose of the Main Process

Properties are - or more to the point where do they appear. I cannot see them

when I publish to Word/PDF or when I run in presentation mode.

I understand the hierarchy to be:

1. Main Process properties

2. Diagram Properties

3. Process (Pool)

4. Processing elements

The first three appear for me when publishing but the Main process Properties

do not appear anywhere. I have also attempted to use with a sub process

thinking maybe the Main process properties would appear?

Ideally I would like the Main Process properties to be some sort of preamble of

several diagram properties but just an understanding of its purpose and where

it displays would be great!

Thanks

Andrew

Dear Andrew,

Main process properties are too published to Word or PDF documentation.

Its special use is seen when you have elements (such as data objects) which are not contained inside a pool.

We do clarify that each diagram does have a main process (so it goes: 1. Diagram properties, 2. Main process properties, and pools properties -- which represent another process, ...).

Therefore and as a general rule in Bizagi Process Modeler's documentation, when there is no

information contained for an element, then the published documentation will not include

these fields as empty.

For instance, if you have extended attributes information in the main process, or have your pools use an "outside" artifact, then this information will be published as part of the main process.
