Welcome screen not loading

When I open the program for the first time , the Welcome screen does not show anything. This in mind that IE does not leave JS run locally

I believe that can be solved by using Mark of the Web in the local HTML files

According to your question, we want that you kindly do the following step in order to load your Bizagi Modeler Process correctly:

  1. Download the fix for 2.8 version: http://download.bizagi.com/modeler/fixes/28BMOD-4509.zip
  2. Install it according README file.
  3. To disable register Windows, please insert a key in the “BizagiModeler.exe.config” file:<add key="IsRegistrationDisabled" value="true"/>
  4. To disable Modeler tour: <add key="DisableStartScreen" value="true"/>

Note: The “BizagiModeler.exe.config” file is located in the installation path, usually at “C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Modeler\Modeler”.Regards

Dear Mr. Zuluaga,I have tested the following settings with Version 2.9.0.4 as you described above: <add key="AvoidUpgrade" value="true"/>

<add key="DisableStartScreen" value="true"/>

<add key="IsRegistrationDisabled" value="true"/>Cool, it works - no more Startup-Windows are appearing.BUT...When I then klick on "Register" in the Menue "Help", the Error-Window appears, instead of Bizagi Online-Logon. Please see attached File.{"errorMessage":"The client application is not known or is not authorized.",".....Thanks a lot for your help!Kind RegardsReto Businger

Thanks Mr. Zuluaga,I have no Problems to logon to bizagi. But I now did reset my Password.The Problems with the Registration-Logon-Window as describe above is with different users on the same two machines when Bizagi modeler is started.. Well, on a third PC it is working, I can't figure out what's the cause.

Well, the Problem is not solved, because when I run Bizagi Modeler as a User, this User ist NOT logged on to Bizagi. Therefore, I suggest, that this is not an issue with logging on. I tested several Windows Users without a Bizagi-Login, the error persists.I can't figure out what it is.Thanks for checking other ways to solve it.

Dear Juan,We use IE11.- V11.0.9600.17914 / 11.21 : hier it works- V11.0.9600.17914 / 11.20 : hier does not workUnfortunately, I'm not able to update by myself, because this is work for our Provider. I asked there, but it will last a while.Well, it's strange, because now the Error message no longer appears, BUT instead of the Login box only the window and its logo pops up and goes away again - blinking all the time, endless. (see attachment)Something has Change therfore. Because of interaction of you?Do you really think, that this ist an issue of the IE11 Version, which ist different, but quite similar :-) ?Thanks a lot.Kind regards
