Visio Import - startIndex cannot be larger than length of sting
Anyone have any idea what this means? Tyring to Import from Visio 2016 BPMN Diagram I get this error every time.
If I save as Visio 2003-2010 format VSD I get the error:
An error occurred while trying to import Visio file: Unable to get Visio process, please try again later.
I try again then I get: An error occurred while trying to import a visio file: startIndex cannot be larger than length of sting
Also why isn't there an option to crate our own mappings from custom or other stencils?

Please follow this article from our help site to import a
Visio correctly: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?import_from_visio.htm.
Be sure to check your stencil
is supported and also check the mappings. Also ensure you have Visio installed
on the computer that Modeler is installed on.
