User creation problem and log out not working

Hello,

I'm creating new users regarding my process but after saving them, they don't show at all. Furthermore log out is not working.

What should I do?

Good morning Aristeidis, could you give us more information about your problem? Where are you creating users in Bizagi Modeler? In Resources?

It will help if you attach an image of the option in Modeler.

Hello,

I'm creating users as per the attached image. I go to Admin/ Users and then I select New User. However, this is not the only problem as I also can't log out.
