The Tasks are inactive after publishing in Sharepoint

No Mouseover hand appearing, no content of Task (Basic, Description) available when publishing in Sharepoint.

How can I fix this?

Some of the Tasks are active, the hand changes to mouseover hand, and content is shown when clicking the Task.

Other, more recent Tasks are inactive, The Task is no more than a picture.
