The Professional Plan and Bizagi Roadmap
With the Launch of a Professional Plan removing the Webpublishing from the free version, Bizagi has changed the business model as I see it. With this new model i hope to see more updates, more functions, some kind of support agreement. So i just would like to know more about the Road Map regarding the product and the Professiona Plan.

Dear Team,
I have upgraded my plan to professional. I was needed it for just one month, hence i opted for monthly payment.
Today automatically my account debited for USD 9.5 . I want to change my plan again to free now.
How can I achieve that without deactivating my account.

Dear Pradnya,
If you are the owner/administrator of the plan, you should go to https://model.bizagi.com/#/dashboard/user/manage?lang=en or click your username in Bizagi Modeler and then click on "Manage Plan". You should be able to cancel it without losing your account.
You can always attach a screenshot of the "Plan details" section in your modeler services portal to verify if the options to cancel are available.
