Yesterday I worked on 4 diagrams and saved them to the cloud. Today they turned out to be unavailable and the application displays the message "The model is no longer available. Contact the owner of the model for more information."

Why did it happen? I didn't buy any subscription and used the app for free. Bizagi stopped working in Russia and banned all accounts from there? I ask you to help me, or at least give me back the work that I have saved before.

I did these works for the university and spent all my weekends on them. The deadline is this week, I won't have time to make new ones. Help please with this problem.
