The Bizagi software in version 3.9.0015 does not open (first installation)

We have to use a proxy.

I can not access proxy configuration options, because Modeler does not open. No window and no task is open.

Hello, we can no longer use the product.

Modeler does not open after fresh installation.

Thank you Falk for your answer, but could you elaborate more, is there a solution, i.e sth to do or shall we install older versions?

This problem is related to "Installation with an .msi file"

After "Installation with an .iss file" it works.

good afternoon, v 3.9.0 does not start and v 4.0.0 also tried in different ways, nothing happened. please help me fix this error. I went as administrator and changed the region but nothing helped.
