Cut-off texts and model, incomplete and strange display of information

Hello,

I have opened the above model in the latest version of bizagi on several computers (~10) on about half of them the model comes out looking fine and dandy, on the other half the model looks good but any text larger than the box gets cut off. It is not just exports it is the actual model in bizagi as well.

All machines are similiar , win7 64 bit latest version of bizagi.

We are working on a project where bizagi modeler was used to create dozens of models and half of us cannot get much use out the models as we spend most of our time clicking on icons and making them larger so we can read the text rather than understanding the models.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

According to this detail, we inform you that reason causing these strange type of issues, is having the display configuration in a machine, set to a larger value than 100%.

To solve this issue, ensure your display settings are adjusted to the 100% settings:

Hi there,

I'm afraid it's a problem. My Bizagi doesn't show diagrams properly. Models that were created on other computers look inproperly on mine. Eg. text in tasks is cut off and text that refers to gateway is far away from the place it should be and often cover a gateway.

Zoom is set up on 100%.

What is more:

Bizagi works extremely slow. Fix is installed properly.
By clicking on 'about' in help section I get something like that. On other computers it looks much better than on mine.

Bizagi version is: 2305OS: win7 x64MS .NET 4.0
