Text is blurred in formatted text artifact when publishing as a pdf - version 3.9

Hi Team,

I wanted to add a long text and used a formatted text artefact. But once I published that as a pdf, the text inside the formatted text artefact got blurred and is not readable. I tried this many times but did not work. Attached herewith is a screenshot of the issue.

Looking for a solution urgently.
