Text in extended attribute fields not saving
After three days of working on this particular model without a problem, suddenly the data in the extended attributes disappears after I navigate to another element/task. If I then go back to the first set of extended attributes, the field is now empty.
I tried in another file and get the same problem. It just returns blank, the fields are still there but blank.
Does it perhaps have anything to do with adding more extended attribute fields mid-way through modelling a process?
Now each time I click on a task the data is gone.
Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately,
I have the same problem. We use the version 3.1.0.011 (64-bit) in our process
management group. Most of the cases the program is working properly, but
sometimes we lose data in the extended attributes. We write our notes in the
attributes, and then go to the next one, but sometimes we notice, that we have
lost the previously filled up information. We cannot identify any bug or any
process, which causes this problem, it is totally unpredictable.

I have the same problem. When I add text to the Annotation attributes, they disappear after I save, close, then open the file again. I have lost lots of information for this...
My solution is to save the archive with a different name (meeting1, meeting2, and so on). If I do this, the text appears just fine.
Can someone help me? I use the free version
