Sometimes I get a 'diamond' at th end of a connector
Sometimes after oving a connector's glue point with another object I get an unfilled diamond at th end. Sometimes I can get rid of it by disconnecting a reconnecting, but not always.
What is it and how can i reliably remove it, better still not get it?
Thank you
Dear Liz,
To avoid generating this "diamond" we advise to follow the best modeling practices. https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?best_practices_in_modeling.htm. The most important one is to make the connection between the elements by selecting the new element from the previous one. This way the Sequence Flow will be generated automatically and they will match perfectly!
In the video attached, 2 ways of modeling a simple process are shown, we recommend the 1st way instead of the 2nd one.
Best regards.
