I have tried exporting the simulation results to excel a few times and it is not working.
I have even reinstalled the program and the problem persists.
I am sorry that you are seeing this error. Can you confirm the version of Bizagi Modeler that you are using please?
This is the latest and greatest. Please check image attached.
FYI, the previous version had the saem problem as well.
Thank you for the quick reply. I have been unable to recreate the error. I have tried in multiple machines, including those without Excel installed in them. I will consult our product team to help resolve the issue.
I appreciate the help.
Our team have looked a the issue and it appears to be occuring at the moment that Bizagi attempts to launch Excel. However, we have been unable to recreate the error.
Can you reply in this post with the log that is created in C:\Users\Public\Documents\BizagiModelerLogs, please? This will help us to determine the cause.
Please find all my logs attached.
This past weekend I tried to install Bizagi in my personal computer and the same error occurs.
Thank you for the quick reply. I will relay these internally.
Can you recreate the error and provide just the most recent log please? There are many thousands of entries here and I believe many will not be relevent.
Many thanks for your understanding.
I just did that and it seems like there is no report being generated due to the export error.
I could not see any new log file.
Could you export the simulation reports to excel and send me, please? That would help me a lot.
This forum will not allow me to attach .bpm files, though.
Please let me know how I can share that with you.
We are analysing the log files. We will reply here with our results.
Good morning Lucas, I´m taking this topic from here, my name is Juan. Our support team ask us for a copy of your BPM file to diagnose and solve your problem. Is it possible for you to attach a copy of you model in .bpm extension?
Thank you for your time.
I can send the file to you, no problem.
But this platform doesn't allow me to upload .bpm file type.
How can I share that with you?
Lucas, please send a copy of your Model to this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I´ll be waiting for it, thank you.
File received, thanks.
We've escalated this issue to our Product Team, and they will work on that. So, as soon as they give us an answer, we will let you know.
That sounds good!
We hope you're doing well.
Thanks for your patience. We have generated a new version that fixes your issue.
You can download it here https://bizagi.sharefile.com/share/view/s057e56edf0ca49899ce5cf81b806dd18.
Please make your tests and let us know the results.
Thanks for the update. I will download the new version and try it out.
The results can be exported now, thank you for working on that and getting it fixed.
Though, I lost the ability to edit the processes inside the simulation view. It seems like an entire Toolbar vanished from the top of the page.
Could you share an image of the error? If I understand correctly, you can't parameterize the diagram elements to simulate?
I double-checked and the tool bar is actually there in the proper place, so there is no issue.
