Simulation results export malfunction
Hi,
I have tried exporting the simulation results to excel a few times and it is not working.
I have even reinstalled the program and the problem persists.

I am sorry that you are seeing this error. Can you confirm the version of Bizagi Modeler that you are using please?

FYI, the previous version had the saem problem as well.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have been unable to recreate the error. I have tried in multiple machines, including those without Excel installed in them. I will consult our product team to help resolve the issue.

Our team have looked a the issue and it appears to be occuring at the moment that Bizagi attempts to launch Excel. However, we have been unable to recreate the error.
Can you reply in this post with the log that is created in C:\Users\Public\Documents\BizagiModelerLogs, please? This will help us to determine the cause.

This past weekend I tried to install Bizagi in my personal computer and the same error occurs.

Can you recreate the error and provide just the most recent log please? There are many thousands of entries here and I believe many will not be relevent.

I just did that and it seems like there is no report being generated due to the export error.
I could not see any new log file.
Hey David,
Could you export the simulation reports to excel and send me, please? That would help me a lot.
This forum will not allow me to attach .bpm files, though.

The results can be exported now, thank you for working on that and getting it fixed.
Though, I lost the ability to edit the processes inside the simulation view. It seems like an entire Toolbar vanished from the top of the page.
