Could you please confirm the exact modeler version you're using? Also, it would be helpful if you can reproduce the error again and share the Modeler log files with us.

You can find those files in this location: C:/Users/Public/PublicDocuments/BizagiModelerLogs.

I'm using version 3.8.0.206 64-bit (attached)

The error still occurs. I have attached the 3 files I found in the folder you mentioned.

After analysis, the technical team requires more information.

1. Please share a copy of the bpm Model you are trying to simulate.

2. Please reproduce the error again and share the log file corresponding to the date you did the test again. You will find the file in this location C:/Users/Public/PublicDocuments/BizagiModelerLogs.

Please remember to share only the log file corresponding to the date you reproduce the error again.
