Another solution is to add Bizagi.com site in the Trusted Sites of your Internet Explorer. Please check these instructions for Internet Explorer 11:
Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
Select the Security tab, choose Trusted sites, and then select Sites. You can add sites to the zone you chose, or delete sites that you do not want longer in this zone.
I have the same problem with version 3.4.1968. We followed the instructions of Juan Zuluga above. It didn't help, Sign-in-box remains blank.
There are lots of topics here with the same problem (empty sign-in-box). If you leave your customers alone with that severe problem, we can not longer use Bizagi modeler in our projects.
We apologise for the late reply. We are currently at version 3.8 of Bizagi Modeller, so I expect that the issue you were experiencing has been resolved.
I could not recreate the issue in the current version.
