sequence flow cannot cross pool boundaries

I am trying to model the processes in a data entry and data store user interface. The client enters data, the system does some calcualation and stores the data and returns to the client for more input.

Bizagi will not let me show the process flow from store data in the system pool to enter data in the client pool.

Why is this so please?

Dear Anthony,

While modeling interaction between 2 different pools, you may use the message flow instead of sequence flows (according to the BPMN standard).
