Security concern with Publish to Web output
Hi,
I would like to publish the web output on my publicly accessible Joomla web site. Not sure exactly how yet, but something like a wrapper component to display the Bizagi Web Output within the Joomla site structure.
I am concerned that by doing this I might be opening up a security hole for the many hackers who daily try to penetrate the website. I do not fully understand the technical level of website security so I manage security on the website through an awesome Joomla component.
Is there any way for a hacker to gain access to my website through the published web output if I publish the Bizagi Web Output to a sub-folder of the website and use a Joomla wrapper component to display the Bizagi output?
Thanks in advance.
Randall.
Dear Randall,
We can explain to you that we do not certificate the security of the web server. The site security where the generated documentation is published by Bizagi Modeler is the responsibility of the webadmin.
Our published documentation is static content, so it does not require permits for execution or access to resources on the server, so the security level will depend on how the administrator configures the publication and access to this documentation.Regards.
