Resource Utilization report formula

Hi,

I would like to suggest that the Resource utilization report be based on the Resource time availability.

a) My initial understanding was UTILIZATION = Total Resource processing time / Total Resource time availability

b) Bizagi calculates UTILIZATION = Total Resource processing time / Max Process time length, which doesn't make much sense to me

I believe both can be used, but what really matters from a managerial/ BPM Analysis standpoint is to evaluate how the assets are used in relation to the overall availability.

I wonder if a new column could be added in a future product update so you cover both situations (a) and (b).
