Based on comments on this post, and from others members of the community, we have decided to include an option to define a different default size (height, width) for elements. This applies for gatways and events as well.
This way, when including a new element into the diagram, it would be created with the specified size.
We share that we are currently working on this possibility, and it will be released in the upcoming version.
I would also like to see gateways allowed to be expanded for the reason that if I increase the size of a task or other attribute then the Gateway looks out of place.
I found a workaround for the moment, but it don't perform for models with Milestones and to much elementsI export the model to xpdl-file and then with find/replace change all width and height of the activity-tags (Tasks), reimport to BizAgi and with a few Alignment the intent is achieved.
But the Milestone were lost (see my another topic "XPDL export doesn't contain the milestones information)I hope the following two possibilities will be possible in the future:
1) Resize more elements at once
2) Export to a XML-file with all! Information containing in model (e.g. attribute, graphical position and size, Milestones)
I think for the present will be nice, if the Milestone-Information export to the xpdl-file e.g. as a comment.

Changing default size is useful, but please note that several posters, myself included, (here and in other posts) have a different feature in mind: resize existing elements (e.g. activities/tasks):
Resize numerically all selected elements
Resize all selected elements to the size of the bigest one
Resize the element to fit its name (that is, the text in it)
Thank you for the valuable feedback.

Dear BizAgi Support,
My opinion is to change the size of all selected elements all at once to the same size (normally the size of element with largest text).
Best regards,
Ali

Dear Users,
We announce that this new feature is available today, in the released Bizagi Process Modeler 2.4 version.
Best regards,
