Publishing value chains is buggy

When trying to publish value chains it is a problem to:

1. Get the published value chain to show up as published in the Process Models library (the red dot does not move from earlier published diagram to the recent published.

2. When value chain finally has the red dot and should be published, I need to log out and in again in order to see the new value chain in the Process Library. It is not enough to refresh/reload the page.
