Publishing to Word or PDF: custom order of diagrams is not reflected in published document

I am trying to publish a Process model with 12 diagrams.

I have changed the order of diagrams to fit the process logic int the first step of the publishing process.

The published document (both pdf and doc) do not reflect the changed order.

I have repeated the steps more then 5 times. Every time the default order is displayed in the published document instead of the order I manually applied in the publishing process.

Any solution for this?
