Thank you for your question. There is not a limit of tasks when publishing a diagram with the free version of the Modeler. However, you need to make sure you are selecting all tasks and objects when using the wizard to publish your diagram.
In the wizard (step 2), filtering by element type (left side) makes the visualization of elements easier.
In the third step, you will be able to see la list of the elements that will be included in the publication.
Thus, in order to publish all the elements you want to include, try the following:
* delete all filters in the left panel (By element type -> All shapes, By roles -> All roles or deleting all roles if that's the case
* uncheck any element that might be selected by selecting the option "Select all"
* Click next and after making sure all the elements you want to publish are actually selected.
