Process Modeler 3.3.0.072 Administrative installation change for config file?

Dear Madam, Sir

I noticed a change in the administrative installation. Before when I used BizAgiPMSetup-x64.exe /v"/a for x64 bit installation I got a folder program files and a .msi file in return. Before deploying using ConfigMgr I could change the .config file in the folder. However now I only receive a .msi file containing all files and folders.

How do you suggest changing or extracting the .config file?
