I think you are trying to comment in order to upload the files... our system is having issues with comments and it's needing up to 20 minutes to show comments made to post.

In the email, you mentioned that the export process omits those elements that don't have a description associated.

This is the behavior defined for this feature, even though it might not be ideal in some cases.

Would you please create a new topic, an idea, raising this issue so that we can take it to the Product team?
