Problemas para Desinstalar Bizagi

Ola ..! Preciso desisntalar o Bizagi versão BizagiModelerSetup_3.8.0206, por que a passoa instalou todo o conteudo na área de trabaho e assim preciso desisntalar para instalar novamante em outro caminho.

Mas está aparecendo uma mensagem de que o Bizagi está aberto.."MAS NÃO ESTÀ ABERTO"

Qual o Procedimento para desisntalar e Instalar em outro caminho??

Hello Giovani, plese follow thw next steps and validations:

Close every Bizagi Modeler window

Re start your computer

Verify in the Task Manager (Windows app) there´s no app running related to Bizagi

Go to Windows Settings and try to uninstall Bizagi Modeler
