Problem with Object Reference not set to an instance of an object

Hello Team,

I've some problems with some diagrams that I'm not able to open then, as the following message of error apears: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

I need to access those diagrams in order to fixe them, so I can be able to download the full model to my desktop.
