Problem V3.0.0.015 with Windows 8

I have installed Bizagi Modeler v3.0.0.015 and I was prompted with this message

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the modeler and still face this problem. Please help.

Hi Juan

I'm using windows 8.1

Miraculously, I managed to solve the problem but not sure if it stays the way it is.

For the benefit of other users, I went to the Bizagi application file, click on properties, click on compatibility tab and run the compatibility troubleshooter and the i can now open my file.
