Problème de connexion

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un petit problème sur Bizagi modeler, je n'arrive pas à me connecter sur mon compte et je reçois un message d'erreur à chaque fois.

Je ne suis pas le seul à avoir eu ça.

J'aimerai avoir votre aide s'il vous plait.

Please make sure that your computer and network comply with the system and firewall requirements listed in the following article: https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?bm_requirements.htm (numeral 5 specifically lists the permissions needed in the firewall to use Bizagi Modeler).

Please, let us know if the issue persists even after meeting the specified requirements.
