Print Multiple Diagrams Not Working

I am using Bizagi Modeler (v 4.0.0.014) on Windows 10.

I am trying to use the "Print Multiple Diagrams" function. I am following the Printing Large Diagrams help article.

After I select Print > Print Multiple Diagrams, I encounter the "Print Multiple Diagrams" pop-up window, where I select the two available diagrams from the left-hand pane and move them to the right-hand pane. I then click the "Print" button. For a VERY brief moment, a "Creating Documents" pop-up appears and then disappears.

I never encounter the expected "Print Preview" window.

Am I missing something?
