Personal Bizagi Account is not mapped with the Company Enterprise Account

Hi,

In my company where I work we have the Enterprise Lic. When I do login to the bizagi.com with the same Identity there is the status "Personal"! Any Idea how I can link this accounts?

Dear Mike,

Thank you for your message. To link the modeler with an Enterprise subscription, you must reinstall the application, and during the setup add the Enterprise URL of your company.
