I am using version 3.8 build 206 of the modeller and the palette only shows the icons in the top section.
Any idea on how to resolve this issue?
Hello Nico, can you confirm if your Bizagi Modeler version is 3.8.206?
If so, please perform the following steps:
Rename the logs files and restart the computer to see if it is corrected. (These files are in the path C: / Users / Public / PublicDocuments / BizagiModelerLogs)
Rename the logs again. If it is not corrected, check that the antivirus is not running and open the Modeler, if the problem is not corrected reinstall the version and see if it´s fixed.
If after these steps, the error continues, please send us the logs and we will schedule a session to review the incident on your computer.
Hi Juan, thank you for your reply. I tried the steps you indicated, but none resolved the issue.
After reinstalling 3.8.206 the error remained.
After starting the application, putting a few blocks in and saving, there was no new log file created. Any other suggestions?

We are glad to let you know that this issue should be fixed in the most recent version of Bizagi Modeler, 3.9.0.015, which is available in the official website (https://portal.bizagi.com/downloads?lang=en)
