Not supported event defintion for an intermediate throw event - not able to save my works

After modeling my process it is not possible to save the diagram.

I receive an error message while I try to save my work (cfr Bug bizagi enregistrement attached file).

After investigation I found a similar case (cfr support bizagi attached file)

As recommended I delete all intermediate event but no result.

The previuos case is closed but it seems there is no solution provided at this time.

Plaese, could you help me ?

PS: Impossible to find in the applicationwich version is installed
