New version unresponsive?

I have installed the new version of your free process modeler and the program has become unresponsive. There is a Bizagi mini page screen that is covering the process modeling section and this i am unable to close. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Dear Mark,

According your problem, we would like to know the IE version of your computer. By now, please clean cache from your IE and try again.

Dear Mark,

You probably no, but Bizagi Modeler uses IE. That´s why I would need to know IE version.

This same pop up is now displaying on a previous installation. I am unable to make use of Bizagi at all?
