Modeler doesn't start
Hello,
When i try to run Bizagi Modeler nothing happens. I tried reinstall, update to 3.8.0.223 and it doesn't help.
I find a log in Event Viewer:

I can't attach Report.wer because it has incorrect type.

If the system does comply to the requirements and the issue persists, please look into the installation logs located in C:\setuplog so that we make look deeper into the issue and help you solve it.

Unfortunately, there is no directory C:\Setuplog.

I am so sorry this is not yet solved for you. Unfortunately, without the logs we have no way of knowing what is happening and provide a possible solution.
Could you please confirm if the OS of your machine complies with the requirements of the program to function? Make sure you have at least windows 8.1 running on your machine.
If you get to try again and find the log files in the folder which is called either "c:/setup.log" or "c:/setuplog", we will be happy to look into those and maybe be able to provide further assistance.

I can't download it, when i put the button after that nothing happens.

Hi our technicians have installed BizagiModelerSetup_3.9.0015 but after I've logged in, it freezes then throws me back to the Desktop.
Please can you help, I've some Bizagi Modeler Maps I need for a meeting at the end of the week
