Solved
Modeler doesn't start
Hello
I've installed the software one week ago : no pb for starting and using it.
Since yesterday, it crashes after filling in the login window.
I tried to repair : no change.
I tried to re installed : no change.
No error msg.
The window just ends.
Hello,
We apologise for any inconvenience. Can you please post the most recent log file after the issue happened? The log files are found in C:\Users\Public\Documents\BizagiModelerLogs
Also, can you confirm if the Model application is running but not visible? I.e. is there an open Modeler icon in the task bar or an active Bizagi Modeler process in the Windows Task Manager? If so, the Modeler window may have rendered off screen, and this can be resolved with these steps:
For Windows 10
•Open a BPM file with Bizagi Modeller
•Check that the window is there by using ALT+Tab to activate the window
•Shift+right-click the taskbar icon for Bizagi Modeller
•Choose the ‘move’ option
•The cursor should have changed to a ‘move’ icon and you can now move the window into view using the arrow keys.
The steps for this action may differ with other versions of Windows. Please let us know if this has resolved your problem, we look forward to your response.
Kind regards,
David Foster
Please find then log file enclosed.
The model is not running : neither icon or active process in then Windows Tasl Manager.
Hi,
Ok, thanks for your reply. Can you reply once more and attched the log file here please? It is not attached.
Kind regards,
David
New try sending log file
Hi,
Thanks again for the quick reply. The logs show that there was an error when Modeler attempted to load a file from our Bizagi.com servers. To test the root cause, can you try disconnecting the PC from the internet temporarily in order to launch Bizagi Modeler offline, please? We have the logs, so we can try to recreate the issue, but this may serve as a temporary work around. Once the application is running, you can then reconnect the PC to the internet.
Please let us know if this has helped, thank you.
Kind regards,
David Foster
Sorry, I can't disconnect from internet : i'm working on a vmware workstation.
Hi,
