How do we model a parallel process for various cross functional teams (not just two) and using different lanes within the same pool?

Please take a look at the task Review with Stakeholders. How do I diverge and converge. Also, where do I find the parallel gateway? I don't seem to find it on my palette. thanks!

Regarding your question, you can use the same parallel gateway to diverge and converge:

• As Divergence: is used to create alternative paths without checking any conditions.
• As Convergence: is used to merge alternative paths, the gateways waits for all incoming flows before it continues.
