ja baixei varias versões distintas, ja reiniciei computador, ja desliguei antivirus, ja fiz de tudo, mas meu bizagi simplesmente carrega mas não abre. Tenho Windows 10

Also, this happens sometimes if there are more than one desktop or screens linked to the machine: the program is executing but not in the screen you are on. So, please make sure you are working with one screen or are looking in every screen you have connected.

Hi Laura G, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, i instaled this most recent version of the Modeler and the issue persists. Also, i have the system requirements. Could you give me the further assistance please?
