Meu bizagi carrega mas não abre

In order to help you solve it, we would recommend the latest version of Bizagi Modeler, which right now is 3.8.0.221 (link below), and make sure that the computer where you are executing the application complies with the system requirements defined in this link: https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?bm_requirements.htm.

Also, this happens sometimes if there are more than one desktop or screens linked to the machine: the program is executing but not in the screen you are on. So, please make sure you are working with one screen or are looking in every screen you have connected.

Hi Laura G, thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, i instaled this most recent version of the Modeler and the issue persists. Also, i have the system requirements. Could you give me the further assistance please?
