Message flow in the simulation is not working

Hi Support,

I have a problem with connecting two pools. During the simulation in the one of the pools there is no flow after catching the message. Im attatching the file with the vizualization of the problem.

I've read the user guide but the https://help.bizagi.com/process-modeler/en/index.html?multiple_pools.htm article is not helpful with my situation. What i can do about it?
