log in to bizagi modeler, dns names

hi guys! :D

The user wants to log in to bizagi modeler.

The Internet is disabled on the workstation. The user wants to log in to bizagi modeler but can't, because of the empty login window. Using the IE proxy settings is not possible. Using a Bizagi proxy settings is difficult. I need dns names to resolve on the firewall. I used wireshark, but I didn't get a definite answer. Help me please with dns names. Thanks!
