License activation

Recently i bought the key for unlocking the company logo in Bizagi and it worked. Today my PC got reinstalled with a factory image, so I also had to reinstall bizagi again. When I tried to activate my key (on the same PC as before), I got a message that the product cannot be activated. I made a screenshot:
