Latest 3.1.0.011 build does not resolve the problem with palette icons

Please fix the problem with palette icons which are too large and cannot be scrolled down.

Bizagi team mentioned elsewhere in this forum that the fix is available in the latest downloadable version 3.1.0.011, but it's not correct statement.
