jump

Hi guys! I need some help with Bizagi Modeler please...

In some computers (I guess), when a sequence flow encounter with another sequence flow (one on another), automatically appears a "jump" (I don't know how to call it, I attached an image of that), so we can differentiate to where the two sequence flows are going.

But this doesn't happen in every program/computer and I want to know how to do this "jump"?
