Is the cloud not part of the free subscription any more?
Hi,
I can't store diagrams to the cloud which doesn't show up when trying to "save as". After some recherche it seems that the cloud storage ist not part of the free subscription any more. Is this correct? If yes, how much does the payable subscription for individual users cost or is it only for company subscriptions available?
Thanks and best regards

Dear Peter and Fluxo,
Thank you for letting us know your questions. From Bizagi Modeler 4.0 and onwards, there are functionalities that were only available for paid users, such as web publication and simulation. However, the cloud storage is no longer available as an option for users outside of a paid license.
If you had models stored in cloud with a previous version, you may go back to the version 3.9 and access your cloud models and download them to local storage. Then go forward to the version 4.0 to use the extended free features.
Unfortunately, the paid license for Bizagi Modeler is only available for companies and there are no paid options for individuals.
We hope this helps clarify your questions, but let us know if further questions arise.
Kind regards,
Laura G
where download version 3.9??
Hello,
I have version 3.9.0.015 and I can't download diagrams locally, when I try to do it I get the message "This model is no longer available. Please contact the model´s owner for more information.", but I am a model owner.
How can I download all diagrams?
Thanks!
I am trying to save locally my models from your cloud but I see next message "You have not added any models to your Modeler Services." But it were there!
I have a paid (workgroup) account, but I can only open/save local files. How can I get access that I paid for?
I downloaded the 3.9 version and even in this one I can't access my files saved in cloud, and even if i login on web the files does not appear. I NEED my files, for my job, it is from months of work.
it doesn't work with Bizagi 3.0.0.0.15. What could help to restore the processes stored in the cloud?
