Is it possible to add a picture to a task? I mean ....I want to add an image in order to provide an example.

Dear Gennaro,
You may define extended attributes for your tasks, so that you can upload images or documents to them (File-type extended attribute).
For more information about extended attributes, refer to: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?extended_attributes.htm.
If you wish to visually customize your models, you may also make use of custom artifacts to direcly include images.
