I can't access my plan invoices. Site: payment.bizagi.com is off.How should I proceed

Thank you for reaching out to us. We tried the payments portal and it works for us well. Please make sure you are using the correct URL which is https://payments.bizagi.com/#/
In any case, an agent will also look into this issue to make sure everything works well for you.
You can also go to the payments portal through the "Manage plan" option in the Bizagi modeler website (https://model.bizagi.com/).
We noticed your Workgroup plan will expire on December 23 this year, so we strongly encourage you to download all cloud models to local storage before that date, so you won't lose them when your plan is automatically changed to Personal.
I followed your suggestion but to no avail. Just the message: "Changes are on the way! Stay tuned to see what is coming next for Bizagi Modeler. At this time, Modeler's Workgroup and Professional plans are no longer available.". I need it very much and urgently.

We talked to one of the sales agent, and he told us you should create a ticket in the Support platform. Since your Workgroup license is still active, you should be able to create one following the steps indicated in the article linked below.
