Incomplete import from Visio-some elements are missing
I have installed the Bizagi 3.2.7.242 version and have Visio 2010 version, Windows 7 environment. But after import the arrows are missing and alignment is not proper

Your Visio version does not have absolute BPMN 2.0 Compliance as you can see at the image attached below. For further information about Visio versions and features please refer to https://products.office.com/en-gb/visio/microsoft-visio-visio-version-comparison?legRedir=true&CorrelationId=8fa4a151-8b1f-4b79-8434-49774fa6f01f.
We recommend you to upgrade your Visio version or use Bizagi Modeler directly, In case the external diagram tool has not total compatibility. If the problem persists, please let us know by adding a comment.
