Import from Visio (.vsdx) to Bizagi (3.6.044) - Got a blank file

Hello experts,

I am trying to import a .vsdx file to Bizagi (version 3.6.044) according to the many instructions ive found in the help section. However, even following all the instructions, after importing the file, I got a blank structure, without the flows... it looks like a blank file (like the attached image).

Could you please provide any support about this subject? I really tried many other ways, such as trying to save the visio file to a previous office version, but not worked.

I seem to have the same problem. No error is shown, the import file is empty.
