Verify if Ad-Aware is installed. Uninstalling this program will resolve the connection issues.
Another solution is to add Bizagi.com site in the Trusted Sites of your Internet Explorer. Please check these instructions for Internet Explorer 11:
Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
Select the Security tab, choose Trusted sites, and then select Sites. You can add sites to the zone you chose, or delete sites that you do not want longer in this zone.

We have fixed these kind of issues in our latest 3.3 version. Please download it from our web site (at https://www.bizagi.com/es/productos/bpm-suite/modeler) and proceed to upgrade it.
