I installed the last version of modeller and ask me to sign in, however the windows is empty.

Where can I get the previous version to fall back? Need urgently to get done with some work?

We have fixed these kind of issues in our latest 3.3 version. Please download it from our web site (at https://www.bizagi.com/es/productos/bpm-suite/modeler) and proceed to upgrade it.

Hi I have downloaded and installed the latest version and I am still getting the same error. Is there something else I can try

Dear Stacy,

There must be some restrictions to the internet connection. Please follow these steps and try to sign in again.

Add these exceptions to the proxy

*.bizagi.*

*.msecnd.*

Add these URL to the safe list in the firewall

http://www.bizagi.com

http://ajax.googleapis.com

https://model.bizagi.com

https://account.bizagi.com

https://az804465.vo.msecnd.net

Verify if Ad-Aware is installed. Uninstalling this program will resolve the connection issues.

Another solution is to add Bizagi.com site in the Trusted Sites of your Internet Explorer. Please check these instructions for Internet Explorer 11:

Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.

Select the Security tab, choose Trusted sites, and then select Sites. You can add sites to the zone you chose, or delete sites that you do not want longer in this zone.
