i have problem exporting the results? and the massage is Error exporting to excel.Please verify is it installed.

notice that i have re-installed Bizagi and MsEscel. also the exporting feature is working on other models.
Please tell me how to fix it Or if there is any alternative option to export results.

The problem could be reproduced in our labs. The problem is about rights in the folder where you want to export the result in excel. Please check it in your computer or try to export the result using another computer because it is an environment problem, no a product problem.
