I cannot add users to the subscription


I was made Admin of our workgroup to manage the subscriptions, since my colleque went on holiday. But I cannot see any of the users when I login, nor am I able to create a ticket.

I want to contact someone - a person- who can help me delete a user and add a new one to the subscription.
